1:1 + Group Offerings
These sessions are about well-woman being, healing, and thriving through times of adversity. After your prerequisite 1:1 Clarity Call with Dr. Jessica Spring Weappa, we will create a Womentorship package tailored to your needs or proceed with Jessica’s Narrative Therapy or Biographical Wayfinding offerings.
During your virtual 1:1 Clarity Call we will discuss if we will continue to meet virtually, in person, or both. With advanced planning and individualized price packaging, it is possible for us to work together in person intensively, in a retreat-like setting. What will best serve you at this time?
Private Womentorship
Is this a tender time in your life in which you need soulful space holding, care-based wisdom, seasoned guidance, or support from an experienced mother? Jessica looks forward to meeting with you and making a plan.
Narrative Therapy
for Women and Mothers
Like trees, inextricably embedded in landscapes, human beings are interdependent. We “inter-are” as beings made of stories. From Jessica’s vantage point as a narrative therapy practitioner, she sees new stories for us to tell about ourselves as human beings.
Rendering the wholeness of a tree as a visual metaphor for a human life, Dr. Jessica Spring Weappa invites clients to fill in the deep roots, rich grounds, channeling trunk, robust branches, lush leaves, nutritive fruits, eloquent flowers, and legacy seeds of their life-story.
Narrative therapy is a collaborative, nourishing, and respectful approach to individual and collective healing that centers people as experts of their own lives. Narrative therapists hold that problems people face are historical, cumulative, and affected by broad-ranging circumstances. Thickening and enriching life’s multiple storylines, while depersonalizing problems, is a conversant co-creative remembering practice in narrative therapy. Previously subordinated stories are invited to arise and to challenge dominant singular narratives. This encourages the cultivation of preferred stories that better align with a client’s hopes and dreams.
Jessica believes women and mothers deserve therapeutic practices that allow them to mal-adjust to destructive social contexts, with appropriate support to empower them to thrive. Her embodied reauthoring© approach to narrative therapy welcomes your whole bodied nature.
In 7 1:1 sessions that include letter writing and arts-based inquiry, Jessica will guide you through a narrative process to support the reshaping of your stories and assist you in changing your relationship with problems in your life.

Biographical Wayfinding
In this offering consisting of 7 enriching 1:1 sessions, your life-story is viewed through a lens of the self in relationship with family constellations, lineages, landscapes, and as a dynamic participant in the great cosmological turning.
Biographical Wayfinding affirms soul, spirit, and embodiment alongside rhythms and phases of becoming that are unique to you and to your distinct unfolding as a human being. Mapping, charting, writing, contemplation, and arts-based practices enhance self-knowledge and offer fresh perspectives for deepening into your current life phase and approaching changes. Reflection on past and present events becomes a sacred witnessing of threads that weave through and across various biographical themes. Patterns presenting themselves to you in this 7-phase journey reflect certain truths to encourage integration, amplify self-leadership, and inspire creative future imagining.
Biography work, or biographical counseling, is a psychospiritual practice that arose out of Goethean philosophy, Anthroposophy, Depth Psychology, and Logotherapy. As with all Mothering Futures® offerings, distinctly maternal experience and standpoints are discussed to contrast androcentric bias in philosophy, psychology, and spirituality for the purpose of restoring mothering to its wholeness and full potentiality. Jessica studied Biographical Counseling in depth with Minneapolis based hospice care elder Linda Bergh, with UK based clinician Margli Matthews, and through certification as a Waldorf Collaborative Counselor in an Antioch University program for educators.

Ensoul Arts:
Art, Design, & Facilitation
Dr. Jessica Spring Weappa has created sacred spaces for and with women and families for thirty years. She was acknowledged as a creative from early childhood and didn’t set out to become an artist, designer, or space holder; she was “hardy vined” that way. She was also fortunate to be born into into a cross-cultural community of elders and salt-of-the-earth wise people and can’t remember not being a community minded and soulful creative.
Jessica is a multidisciplinary artist who understands how creative and co-creative practices have their own rhythmic ways of nourishing and regenerating self, family, and community, and of rippling or spiraling outwards into culture and society. She believes that creativity and rites of passage re-entangle matter and spirit to reflect the expansiveness of who we are. Gathering with kind people in aligned spaces helps us touch into possibilities and expand our capacities.
If you are seeking a designer to facilitate ease and alignment in your dwelling or business, or if you are looking for a space holder for your special occasion, Jessica would be delighted to meet with you and discuss how she might support you, your family, or your community.
